Old School Love

Personally, I’ve always been in love with fashion from the past. I’ve always dug around my mom’s old closet for pieces that I can use. The comeback of 90’s fashion started in 2015, stayed strong in 2016, and now it’s 2017, and we’re all still on the 90’s train. There’s just something about their carefree, grunge, street style that we cannot get enough of. The 90’s were all about self-expression, comfort, youthfulness, and being creative with your sense of style, and I think that’s just something that we all crave for now.

2016: The Year of Realizing Stuff; 2017: The Year To Just Go For It

For the past three or four years, I’ve made it my personal tradition to do something new with my hair in preparation for the new year. It’s become my way of saying good bye to the previous year and kind of preparing myself for the next. On The Go Outfits

What are on the go outfits, you ask? These are the outfits that I put on when I’m in a rush and when my mind is buzzing with a million other things. The outfits I wear on days when I have zero energy and so I put zero effort into the outfits because I know they’ll work. The outfits I usually wear when I go to school because I’m always in a rush when I’m going to school. The outfits you’ll probably see me in 85% of the time because I am by nature, a person who is late, and so to avoid being late, I lessen the time spent on deciding what to wear. My on the go outfits usually consist of a skirt or a dress, so when you see me in a skirt or a dress, know that I probably did not prepare my clothes the night before like I should have.

It’s November and the  weather is finally cooling down in the Philippines! This is good news for all us fashion lovers out there.
